The first of our two EQ Academy Workshops is fast approaching and we can’t wait to see you all in person! The April 21-23 workshop will be held in Perrysburg, Ohio and we have four wonderful teachers ready to show you the ins and outs of EQ7 and EQStitch.Over the next couple of weeks, I’ll be profiling each of our teachers so you can get to know them better. First up is Christa Watson! This will be Christa’s first time teaching at EQ Academy and we’re so happy to have her join us this year! We’re always so excited to see

Customer education has been one of our main focuses in the past several years. We’ve added more help within the program with the release of EQ7, we’ve created a website full of lessons and videos to teach different topics, we’ve added a new YouTube channel of help videos, and most recently, we’ve launched our own online class site, called EQ University. While The Electric Quilt Company has sponsored EQ classes at Quilt Festival in Houston for many years, we really wanted to be able to offer classes on our own. And so we did. We announced our first EQ Academy, to be held in Perrysburg, OH, back in late July 2014. The immediate response blew us away! We offered two EQ7 classes and one EQStitch class, and the EQ7 classes filled up almost immediately. We were amazed
