Ready to share your finished EQ7 Summer Drawing Series projects? I’m so excited to see what everyone has done with their blocks! You should all be so proud of yourselves for drawing AND sewing these blocks! Here’s my finished quilt: I used the four lesson blocks and added some flying geese to create movement around the quilt. Dense quilting just didn’t seem in keeping with these soft, feminine colors, so I kept the quilting fairly minimal. I hope all the sew-alongers love their finished projects as much as I love mine! Quiltmaker is full of EQ users!

We were happy to see that Jo Moury‘s EQ7 quilt was on the cover of the September/October issue of Quiltmaker. Then we found out that Denise Russart’s EQ7 quilt was also featured. We started to wonder…How many of the quilts in this issue of Quiltmaker we designed in EQ? So we started doing some research. And, we found out that the vast majority of them ARE EQ7 quilts! When we asked the designers about EQ here is a little bit of what they had to say… Konda Luckau says, “I do all my designing in EQ.
