I started this design several months ago. At that time it seems I felt the override the default and put everything on Layer 1 instead of Layer 2. Can’t remember why that was necessary. I do wish that there was a way to print out the quilt with relative measurements instead of having to use the adjust tool for each block and then write it in (and hopefully someone will tell me I am wrong).

Thanks ladies for the encouraging words. I continued to play around with the color scheme after I submitted it. Reds/with various shades of gray was very striking, gave it an asian feel.
I am planning to make this for my son in blues, seems that “Y” chromosome is more receptive to modern quilts.

This design is so modern. My husband would probably let me put this one on the bed. That is a good thing.

I love this design, so crisp, clean and retro !!!!! Great movement … I find that my eyes keep moving around the pattern.
