Nine Patch blocks set in the border around the quilt and in the Stars-42 layout like a white picket fence around a rose garden. White rose motifs were set on Layer 2 and Rose stencils with white thread on Layer 3.
Rose motifs were drawn in Patchdraw. White rose fabric or photographs could also be used instead.
