What can you expect at an EQ Academy workshop? Let’s take a peek at what you’ll experience when you attend an EQ Academy class!
EQ8 Expertise
EQ Academy classes are taught by experienced teachers who know and love EQ8! You’ll learn from the best in a comfortable, encouraging environment surrounded by quilters. What could be better? 
Not only will you have an excellent teacher leading the class. The classroom helpers (who happen to be EQ staff members!) are top-notch! The helpers are there to assist with any questions and make sure no one falls behind. You’ll leave these classes empowered to design your own beautiful quilts in EQ8!
Friendship
After the last couple of years, we don’t need to tell you how important connection is with other quilters. Friendships blossom at EQ Academy! Chat with classmates during the lunch break. Or make dinner plans and enjoy all the shopping and restaurants at Levis Commons in the evening.
Get outta the house! Enjoy some time with other quilters! Learn new EQ8 skills and be inspired by those around you.

EQ products will be available (with a great discount!) during the lunch break at EQ Academy. You’ll also find awesome quilt shops in the area! Each shop will offer special discounts, just for EQ Academy students. Design a new quilt in class, then go find the perfect fabric for your design at one of these local quilt shops!

Could you let me know when other classes will be for EQ8. I am a shop owner and have the program, I write patterns but have someone else do the graphs and am wanting to do it myself.

The next EQ Academy (after this fall) is planned for March 30-April 1, 2023. You can watch our emails/website for any changes or updates.

Will be attending an intro day class for the program at Grand Rapids MI quilt week on Wed. Hope it is as high a quality as the one at “headquarters”. Looking forward to it whatever.

My 1 1/2 days with Lori Miller were fantastic. I will have to wait for some more fall like classes to start exploring, I know I won’t want to stop once I start. The “beginning” class Lori taught convinced me that this program will do what I dreamed about.
