The Canadian Quilterhas written a great multi-part series, making a Mystery Quilt with EQ7.
In May they published the first installment. It talks about fabrics – including importing your own fabrics, downloading them from manufacturers websites (Northcott has a button right on their site!) and installing our free fabric downloads, amongst other things. You can read more about it here. Now, the Autumn 2014 issue is out. It covers lots of topics including saving, opening and renaming projects and quilts. The Author, Lauren MacDonald, talks about icons and the different worktables. She also covers saving personal fabric libraries, and more! |
