Image > Color > Colorize > change the hue and saturation > Add to Sketchbook

But there are so many other things you can do! I took this image…
and clicked Image > Apply Symmetries > Play around with all these settings. You can get lots of interesting results.
Then I took the same image
and clicked Image > Apply Effects > lots and lots of effects to choose from. Have fun exploring your options.
