Star trail started out to be a Hunter’s Star, then I decided to switch out the 4 patch blocks for snail trail blocks. A gift for a good friend that moved away.

Wow!!!! What an amazing combination! I love the flow introduced by the snail trail, it looks stunning with the stars.

I love this, too! I’ve always wanted to make a Snail Trail, and I love how the stars give it a whole new, and actually much prettier and more interesting, look to it! Nice work!

I love this!! I’ve been wanting to make etch of these patterns, but seeing both in one quilt is mind-blowing! Is there some way I could get the pattern? I would be eternally grateful .
