This little quilt started out as a project with my bee. The mboidery designs ar (mostly) from Bird Brain Designs. The original pattern had 12 blocks several of which had snowmen and reindeer. I wanted the quilt to hang beyond Christmas, so I drew two of the blocks using Robins style to create my snowy men. I had a lot of fun playing with different threads to create the snow background and windy skies.

Finally I used Derwert Inktense pencils to add some dimension to the snowy hills
