I had just acquired an Accu-Quilt Go and was itching to use it, so I went through my entire stash and made a pair of half-square triangles out of each fabric. Fast-forward – after much sorting, matching and sewing, I ended up with 361 unique pinwheels. To do the quilt layout, I scanned each square into EQ7, and set up a virtual design wall with double the number of columns that I needed. I placed all the scans on the sidelines, then positioned them on the quilt one by one. Since I had put an identifying label on each square before I scanned them, the layout told me what order to sew them in.

This is very impressive, Cathy, and doesn’t look like you were panicked in the least!
