It seemed only natural to me that you could make a bargello version of the Trip Around the World pattern using fat quarters. When I couldn’t find an existing pattern I made my own in EQ. I calculated the design to use all of the fat quarter. The version shown uses 17 fat quarters (with additional yardage used for the border,) but it also works just as well with either 16 or 18 fat quarters. Changing the number of fat quarters changes the length of the design, the width remains the same. This design is strip peiced and super simple to do.
