I reused a block that I drew for a previous challenge (August 2011). I made some additionnal lines in the trees and colored them in red and green. Border blocks are from EQ library.

I like your modern twist to the christmas trees. Very fresh. Don’t know if I would ever be brave enough to try to execute this one — too many triangles for my comfort level.
BUT, it would certainly be very striking.
