I used Starling 1 and Which Way 1 blocks for this quilt.  The layout is from the Twelve 12 Inch Blocks layout library.
I tilted the Which Way 1 blocks using Serendipity to give some movement.  The spokes in the block suggested the title as they looked like the Tilt-a-Whirl rides at a fair.
The border is Half Drop Diamonds.
