The quilt center is 66″ and will cover the top of our queen size bed, the drop of 15″ on a side gives plenty of room for the matterns and to cover the top of the dust ruffle

I’ve always said I was going to make a snowflake quilts “someday”.  This might be the starting point… although, me being me, I’d probably do at least nine different applique snowflakes!

It was fun playing with the “circle of nine” layout and getting everything proportional for the bed.

As always a great challenge.
