The title for this funky neighborhood quilt means “No one sleeps,” and it’s the name for a very famous aria from the opera, Turandot, by Puccini. It’s one of my favorites. Who could look at this night scene and sleep? There’s too much going on!

I agree with Daphne, that is one very cool border! There are lots of cool little touches in this quilt, like the little quilt hanging over the fence. Just fun!!!

I like the border on this quilt very much. If you come to my house and peek in the window some night when no one is sleeping, you’ll eventually see this border on some wall quilt I make. Barb has been warned …
