My Grandmother’s Flower Garden Quilt By Susan Rae Polan
My Grandmother, Bertha Alberta Kroeger nee Wilson, made seven of these quilts, one for each of her children. They all had light green separation fabric. I’m lucky enough to have two of them.

Hi Lori,
The green separation fabric in my entry is almost exactly like Grandmother’s quilts.
I too hope you have enough hexies. If not, maybe a lap quilt or a twin. Good luck.
Susan
Hi Aline,
I’m not sure I would have energy to make one of the Grandmother’s Flower Garden quilts.
Sure glad that Grandmother Bertha made her’s though. I have my Mom’s and Uncle Harold’s, they are beautiful and I cherish them.
Have a great time, Susan R. Polan

I love this! I found a box of hexies in my Grandma’s attic. Hope there are enough to make one of these. Going to have to get some 30′s green fabric.
