Designed for the clubEQ challenge of August, 2014: Change borders!

To contrast with the # One border style, I enhanced a quilting stencil/applique design from the EQ7 Block Library > Stencils > Border Stencils. The stencil was originally drawn with applique drawing tools, so it can be used as an applique pattern, too. I love the colorful ribbons! I added eight-point stars to the applique for a connection with the center star of the quilt.
