I drew the layout “Any which Way” in March of 2012 and for this design made it the size of an Alzheimer’s Art Quilt Initiative (AAQI) submission: no larger than 9″x12″.

I used the “Create Quilt from Block” feature of EQ7.  I drew a simple arrow for foundation/paper piecing.  For the big block, also fpp, I used a framed ‘Dakota Star’ from EQ’s library.

I only started making the quilt ‘for real’ last month and it will probably be the last one I make for the AAQI. The why of that is explained here.
