I decided to go straight to the point and decorate the number twenty in the old illuminated letters style.

For the base, I used a rather modern-looking script from the letter drawing exercise EQers had fun doing before EQ6 made text part of the software. I fancied it up with some brush strokes and circles. I used the festive fabric ‘Celebrate’ by Hoffman and kept the border simple.
