After the not so usual snow and ice during December and January our spring weather set in really early this year with some glorious weeks towards the end of March and April where it was nice to just sit outside and feel comfortable enjoying the warmth of the sun and listen to the sounds of the birds and bees as they were progressing in their seasonal work. Those few weeks are so nice and each year we seem to manage to have a few them but not so early as this year. The sun and warmth always makes peo ple feel so happy.
Most of the blocks are from the EQ library. I used ‘Dog Days’ block from the Sue Spargo ‘Folk Art Dreams’ software. The robins are from the library. I drew bluebells, tulips and the corner sun and the bird house is based on block from the library; ‘Big Birdhouse’
