This quilt is made with a 7-grid block I designed. It was drawn with 3″ and 4″ ‘Four-X’ type blocks — cousin to the half-square block — and a bunch of 1″ half-square patches. The setting came from using the symmetry tool until this one struck my fancy.
With so many every-which-way angles in the quilt body, I kept the border super- simple.
