I used Special Effects 4 Layout and three  blocks; the Nine Patch, Cross Roads and Card Trick.  I have actually made several of these 9 patch blocks and it was not difficult after I outlined the blocks to see the 9 patches.  I wanted the border to have the 9 Patches, too. This is an original design using the layout from the EQ library.
