We are excited to announce that EQ and Craftsy are working together to promote a Craftsy class with the extremely talented EQ Artist and best-selling author, Kimberly Einmo. Kimberly uses templates and rulers to make cutting, piecing, appliqué and machine quilting easy and fun! Make one of five included patterns, or use what you learn to create your own designs. Kimberly will share her techniques for invisible and contrasting thread machine appliqué. Learn how to create flying geese units, stars, checkerboards and more. Gain the confidence to combine fabrics, experiment with color and use your leftovers.

Does this class teach the quilts using EQ or is it just about sewing and making the quilts?

This class is strictly about sewing and making the quilts. It does not cover anything about EQ software. We’re just trying to help promote Kimberly’s class. It’s a really great class!

Add me to the list! If we could get a “meaty” class that gave us more than an intro class, we would all join in. Never can understand why classes once any subject stops with intros to the product. We want professional level classes, a class that would show us the strengths of using EQ to add to our creativity. Please, please consider our requests!
