Download one of Art Gallery’s newest collections for free: Denim Prints!
How to link to your EQ7:
1. Download the file: Denim Prints by Art Gallery Fabrics
2. Find the file in your Downloads folder. (If you’re on a Mac, open that file in Finder.)
3. Copy and Paste that file to My Documents>My EQ7> User folder
That’s it! Now open EQ7 and view the Fabric Library. Select “My Library” and there, you’ll see the Art Gallery Denim Studio Collection!
Enjoy!

These selections from the Denim Studio line are wonderful but … where can we find the rest of the beautiful Denim Studio fabrics? I thought they were all part of the Denim Studio “collection.” Many thanks.

Hi Pam,
The free download includes everything we received from the manufacturer. Perhaps you could use the solid colors in EQ7 to substitute the Solid Texture Denim and Solid Smooth Denim. You can view the Denim Solids on Art Gallery’s website here: http://www.liveartgalleryfabrics.com/thedenimstudio.html

I have the EQ7 for MAC. When I click on my download file folder and try to right click on the file it doesn’t give me any choices (like to copy the file) and if I click on it I get the message that I don’t have an app to open the file. How do I put it in My Documents>My EQ7>User folder?

Hi Jan,
On Macs, you have to right click on the file in your Downloads folder and choose Open in Finder. Then, from there, you’ll be able to copy and paste. Hope this helps! If you need any more help, please contact Tech Support at (419) 352-1134 or techsupport@electricquilt.com.

I can’t get this to work. I copied to the MyEQ7 folder, but it doesn’t show up in EQ7. Do I need to link the MyEQ7 folder somehow? I just got a new computer and copied that folder from my old computer. Two projects I had downloaded are not showing up either.
Thanks,

Linda, you missed one step in Ria’s directions.
You want to put the file here:
Documents > My EQ7 > User
put it into the User folder. To see the fabrics in EQ7 click LIBRARIES > Fabric Library > My Library.
Downloaded projects go here:
Documents > My EQ7 > PJ7
To see the projects click FILE > Open. They will be in the list of “Existing Projects.”

Your directions didn’t work for me. Instead I saved the file to my Monthly Libraries folder and changed the extension from “_fab” to “.fab” and that worked beautifully. Thanks.
