What program do I need to use to open these? I have tried Windows Word and Adobe and neither will open it.

Denise is right Helen, these free projects are .PJ7 files. They are for use in Electric Quilt 7 (EQ7). Jean Biddick used EQ7 Quilt Design software to create the quilt. If you don’t have EQ7, you can purchase it on our website (www.electricquilt.com) so that you can open all of these freebies and design your own quilts!

Jean is a fabulous teacher. If you ever get a chance to take a class from her – do it! She adjusts her teaching style to her students’ learning styles. She’s patient, funny, and encouraging. My skills improved a thousand percent after I took her “Picky Piecing” class at The Quilter’s Market here in Tucson. Thank you for featuring Jean; she is very deserving of this honor.
