One example is an easy printable Halloween treat bag. It just takes a few clicks. |

Click Library > Block Library > Search button > choose by Category > Holidays > Halloween. I picked Trick or Treat Pumpkin. |
I made my quilt a one block quilt 8.5 x 11 (the same size as a piece of EQ Printable Fabric) I placed the block on Layer 2 so that I could make it square. Then I used the Set Applique Text 
Tool to add a name at the top. |

Click Print > Quilt.Be sure to uncheck:Print name
Print block outline and Print patch outline |
| Double check the Print Preview to make sure everything is showing up correctly (the black horizontal lines shouldn’t show) before you print your design on EQ Printables. | |
| Now the front of your bag is done. Add a back and some straps (and lining if you want) and you’re done! | |

I wish I could figure out how to use EQ7.
I have so many designs in my head, but just can’t understand how to use it plus it just shuts down after a few minutes.
It looks like it would be fantastic.
Maybe its just the operator :~)

Hi Sylvia;
I felt the same way until I used the EQ6 users manual and dedicated about 1/2 hour a day to going through the lessons. There are a number of videos to help you learn just click on the video tab above your toolbar. At the bottom of the list is a video intitled “Find Help Yourself” it is a tutorial on how to use the AMAZING help functions available with EQ7. The videos from EQ6 are also there, they are a really useful tool to help you learn to navigate the program and use the tools. Also there are tons of how to videos on the web. You can do this!! Trust me I know. I started with EQ4 but it wasn’t until I sat down and committed to learning the program that I became comfortable using it and I still have lots to learn. The closing after a few minutes is an issue that I would call the help line for assistance on.
