Of course you can use EQ7 to make jack o’ lanterns!
Print out patterns and use them as stencils to either cut out or paint.

Here are a few (of many) blocks in EQ7 that would work well.
(And, here is some info on drawing your own silhouettes in EQ7.)
But, traditional blocks look great too!
