This quilt was donated to the Thorndale Agricultural Fair Board to be auctioned off in September to support the Fair.
There are eight (8) ladies in our group. The main portion of the quilt consist of fabrics donated from our fabric stashes. We started quilting on a regular quilt frame. Once the outside border was completed, we “stitched in the ditch” around each block, took the quilt down and each person then took the quilt home to complete each 9 “ block. The starting date was in November 2011 and the completion date was March 2012.
The fair board now has the quilt up for display until the Fair in September, 2012.
I enjoy using my EQ7. I find the time slips away quickly when I start thinking about a new project.
Yours truly,
Mrs. Donalda Gregory
