Machine pieced using EQ7 blocks Geese and Strips Corner 2 and Sunflowers. I changed the Sunflowers into stars by using applique cotton and wool circles. The center stems are designed to look like pomegranates. I added a 3″border to finish my design. The fabric I used is Heritage Hollow by Kim Diehl from Henry Glass fabrics.
