I designed this quilt with the “Economy Patch” from EQ7. I pieced and quilted this quilt. This quilt was made to raise money for our church’s ZOE Ministry (empowering children in Africa). While in a quilting class in Va my sister was telling her tablemate that we were looking for fabric for this quilt at the vendor mall. After lunch her tablemate returned with 4 different types of authentic African fabrics she brought back with her from a recent trip to Africa and donated them for the project. Quilters are such wonderful, generous people!!
