This wall hanging is 33 x 60. it was made for a group Black and White plus 1 color challenge. One of the rules was to use a tool or pattern or book that we already had but never used. I used my 60 degree equilateral triangle ruler that I’ve had since 1986 but never used. I designed it first in EQ7; as I went along I made changes in the virtual quilt as I made changes on my design wall. You can see more about my process on my blog

A perfect name for the quilt! I agree with Gayle and with the “other” Margie that it holds your attention. I spent time looking for all the stars.

Reticent Stars is a very interesting wall hanging. It holds one’s attention while finding all the ways it’s woven. Beautiful!

This is very contemporary, Ruth. I can see this on a wall in a chic, minimalist decor in a very expensive home. It’s beautiful!

Very striking. I bet you are glad you finally used that 60 degree triangle ruler.
