This quilt was a high school graduation gift for my friend’s son, made for a “quillow” blessing ceremony at our church. The center shield with the cross in the center is an applique based on a pendant with a Bible verse inscribed on the back that the recipient of the quilt wears every day, and the color scheme reflects Ohio State University, where the young man was headed for college.
