For this design I used blocks I downloaded from Linda Franz

I started out with 20 Yin Yang blocks. They reminded me of waves.
I added two separate Orange Peel borders with the AutoBorder Tool. They represent the rippled sand on the beach.

I used a 1 inch setting strip to be able to connect the 4 inch orange peel units to the 6 inch center blocks.

I set a Sunflower block in the sky for a sun.

Finally I added two fish on layer 2, from the EQ Motifs Libraries.

Except for the fish, all the blocks are available as Inklingo patterns in the sizes I used. This means anyone can easily make this quilt.
