I looked back in my previous challenge files to find inspiration for a quilt for this challenge. The March 2003 clubEQ Challenge was to Create Blocks to Build up the Block Library. In a previous challenge we had created new blocks by superimposing one block on top of another and I used this same method to create the quilt blocks I used for this current challenge. The block is a combination of Starry Path and Meadow Flower from the EQ Block Library.
The two original blocks before being superimposed on each other are shown in the outer border corners with the fused block.

Thank you, Charlotte, for showing the ‘before’ and ‘after’ blocks in the border corners. I don’t think I could have figured out which blocks were combined by myself. This is such a fun feature of EQ! I’m not sure I would attempt to sew it in real life, though.

Thanks, Daphne!
That’s one of the fun things about EQ — you don’t always have to sew it! But it sure helps when you want to try!
