This is the same block as the other quilt, in a quilt with more blocks.  Fabrics used in both quilts are ‘Blue Palace’ by Johnny Karwan and ‘Dancing Bugs II’ by Camelot Cottons.

The widest border on this one started with the Double Tassel Swag border block.  I removed the tassels and replaced them with teardrops and changed the pieced layer to make it two colors.  No, I don’t know why I didn’t start with an empty block, either.
