One of my favorite things to do with a totally pieced quilt is to really blur the lines when the blocks meet. In Paducah Revisited, I took the original block Paducah Rose and made several modifications , I then set them kinda sorta in a barn rasising. Subtle coloring variations further blur space where one block starts and another ends. Turn off Outline blocks and see what I mean !!
I had a lot of fun with this challenge… but I’m not too sure about doing the piecing…. maybe I could applique the turquois pieces… hmmm.
