Both of the quilts designed for this challenge feature a background of black & white patterned fabrics accented with the colors of the Olympic rings.

Here Double Nine Patch and LeMoyne Frayed Chain blocks are set in a 3×3 On-Point layout.
Fabric has been fussy cut to form patterns in the Double Nine Patch blocks and in the borders while the Olympic colors have been placed to create another pattern.
