Fire crackers were totally banned from all 4th of July celebrations because of the prolonged drought we are experiencing in the greater San Antonio area this year. We can only imagine how many fires were prevented by this wise decision. Hopefully more positive weather-related scenarios will occur all over our great land in the near future once the rain falls for some and the flood waters recede for others.
