This is a design for a real quilt that I am piecing by hand as a memorial for my husband, Dave. He was an electronics genius, so the fabrics I’m using have a circuit board print. The fringe around the border is made of resistors from his collection, and I’m using one of his ties for some of the patches. The quilt was designed in EQ7 and sized so I could use printout templates from Inklingo, which I first learned about through an EQ connection to Linda Franz several years ago.
