Lover’s Knot/Bow Foundation Block

This block was drawn for foundation piecing. The foundation printout needs to be re-organized when you print it out so the four corners of the block are pieced triangle units and the center square on point is divided into identical quadrants.

Pair this with the Twisted Ribbon block for a border treatment or for an entire quilt..
