In July 2010 there is a total solar eclipse visible in some parts of the world. I will be fortunate enough to be on a tiny atoll in the Pacific to see this spectacle, so I thought it was worthy of a calendar entry.
My very rough representation of an eclipse is a modified version of an EQ contemporary applique block ‘Curly Flower with Centre’.
