I designed and drew all blocks for this quilt. The sun from the Japanese flag, the Tori Gate, the cherry blossom border and trees, and the geisha girl all seemed to flow together.

Designed in memory of the victims and survivors of the Japanese earthquake and tsunami of March 2011.
