Designed for the clubEQ challenge: Ohio Star!, August, 2010
The traditional Ohio Star (9-patch grid) block was colored asymmetrically, set into a horizontal set layout, and rotated with the symmetry tool. Another Ohio Star block was set on the quilt to represent part of the State flag design. 17 (five-pointed) stars represent that Ohio was the 17th state admitted to the United States.
