The block used in this quilt is a modified version of EQ’s ‘Starry Night’. The modification is not to change the design but to make it easier to piece. The original block notecard suggests that the block is in the ‘advanced’ category for sewing ability. I believe it!

The border is one of my favorites, EQ’s ‘Peony Border’.

The colors used are also almost exactly as displayed in EQ. Are we exercising our creativity or what?!?
