Blocks for both quilts designed for this challenge were created by combining a Frame bock from the EQ Contemporary Pieced Library with blocks from the EQ Contemporary Appliqué Library using the Serendipity/Merge Blocks Tool.

This pink quilt designed for my granddaughter uses the appropriate Grandmother’s Frame together with the Easter Sheep appliqué and letter blocks from the Motifs Library.

A revised Small Ribbon Swag Border block was placed in a virtual border to create the scalloped edge.
