I created this design and quilt for a friend of mine who’s a Vietnam vet. It was my first time designing a quilt, and I was inspired by a picture I saw online of a four-patch type design. I named the design “May the Fours Be With You” because the blues are 4″ finished, and in four patches. (Plus, I’m a little bit of a geek and the Star Wars reference makes me smile.)
