A note from Linda:
“Quilters who use Inklingo know that you don’t have to be an expert quilter with advanced skills to sew a stunning Double Wedding Ring quilt. Print the cutting and stitching lines on fabric with your ordinary Inkjet, rotary cut, and piece by sewing along the printed lines. Christmas Rings can be sewn by hand OR by machine. Some quilters will want to sew some seams by hand when they need something portable and sew the rest by machine. When we mix hand and machine piecing in a quilt, we call it an Inklingo hybrid.” -Linda Franz

Eileen,
These free projects are .PJ7 files. They are for use in Electric Quilt 7 (EQ7). Linda Franz used EQ7 Quilt Design software to create the quilt. If you don’t have EQ7, you can purchase it on our website (www.electricquilt.com) so that you can open all of these freebies and design your own quilts!
If you are referring to Linda Franz’s free Inklingo book, you can download that PDF here: http://lindafranz.com/shop/design-books/23/product/dwr-design-book/38
