I designed the quilt for a workshop for River County Quilters Guild in Gloucester, VA.  They invited me to give a lecture and workshop on some of my techniques.  The wallhanging is a wholecloth, designed with EQ7, and then painted.  I used Razzle Dazzle thread to outline the inner block, 30 wt. thread to qullt the flowers in the borders, and couched red embroidery cotton with gold metallic thread around the word Noel.  I painted the flower motif centers with Jacquard’s gold metallic paint, and used FabricMate fabric pens to color the rest of the motifs.  The quilt pattern, complete with instructions and full size motifs is available for free on my Craftsy site, http://www.craftsy.com/user/65267/pattern-store.  If anyone wants the EQ7 project file, please send an email to me at townsend16@verizon.net and I will send it to them.
