The border block, “Diamonds and Strips Corner” served as an asymmetrical block that was perfect for the theme for clubEQ for April, 2012: Half Square Triangles (HSTs). There is a scrappy look to this quilt, which I enjoy. Depending on the favored construction method for HSTs, there can be some very usable scraps from one quilt that can be used to make another!
