This basic two-color quilt like the first design uses just one main block – the 4 Log Cabin colored in 2 alternating versions.
Although it is a traditional Log Cabin block by placing the same color in each round the block appears as a square with a square.
The sashing is filled with the Flying Geese 4 block rotated alternating up & down and right to left which to me makes it appear to quiver a bit. The same block/rotation is used in the border.
